Ingredients:

  • ½ cup Oat or Almond Milk
  • ¼ cup tart cherry juice such as Montmorency tart cherry  juice (no added sugar)
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • Dash vanilla extract
  • Pinch ground cinnamon

Directions:

  1. In a small pot, heat the non-dairy milk, cherry juice, maple syrupand vanilla extract over low heat until just before simmering. Remove from heat, and whisk in the cinnamon..
  2. Serve warm.
