This Salmon is a perfect "sacrifice" to the Dísir for a Dísablót
Serves 4
Ingredients
- 1¼ lb whole salmon filet with skin cut into 4 equal pieces
- Juice of 1/2 a lemon
- 2 Tablespoons Lemon pepper
- 1 Freshy lemon thinly sliced
- Fresh dill
- 4 tablespoons melted butter
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Por melted butter evenly over an oven safe pan to prevent sticking
- Place sliced lemon and springs of dill into prepared pan.
- Place the salmon skin-side down in an oven-safe pan on top of lemon. Squeeze the juice from the lemon over the filets and then sprinkle over the lemon pepper evenly on top of the filet.
- Bake in the middle of the oven for 18-20 minutes, until done. Serve immediately
